Collection Details

The purchaser or its elected machinery removal contractor shall be responsible at its own cost for electrically disconnecting and removing items from the site. Prior to any removals taking place risk assessments, method statements and insurance documentation must be forwarded to the auctioneers for approval. Any damage caused to the building whilst removing items will need to be paid for and contractors will be required to agree and sign documentation prior to any work taking place.

All items must be removed no later than Friday 9th May, 2025.

Viewing Details

Items can be viewed on Tuesday 22nd April, 2025 at the works of CEM Engineering Ltd, Unit 2, Mallard Industrial Park, Charles Street, Horbury Junction, Wakefield, WF4 5FH between 9.30am - 3.30pm. All visitors will need to wear Personal Protection Equipment (PPE). No minors are allowed on site.
